Miami, OK — The Wardog Football program has received a generous $5,000 donation from former Wardog Band alumni Jessika Ferguson and Savanna Ferguson, demonstrating their continued commitment to supporting student activities at Miami Public Schools.

The donation comes at an exciting time for the program as new head football coach Daniel Chamberlain begins leading the Wardogs. The funds will help support the football program as it continues building opportunities for student-athletes both on and off the field.

Jessika and Savanna Ferguson were members of the Wardog Band during their time at Miami High School and say their gift reflects their appreciation for the experiences they had as students and their desire to give back to the school community.

The donation highlights the strong connection between Wardog alumni and the programs that help shape students’ high school experiences. Contributions like this help provide resources, equipment, and opportunities that benefit current and future Wardog athletes.

Miami Public Schools and Wardog Athletics extend their sincere thanks to Jessika and Savanna Ferguson for their generosity and their continued support of Wardog students.
