Pre-Bid Conference: August 20, 2026 at 10:00 AM The Construction Manager and Architect will conduct a pre-bid conference at the Miami Public Schools Administration Office, 601 16th Ave NW, Miami, Oklahoma 74354. All interested bidders are encouraged to attend.

How to Obtain Bidding Documents
Bidding documents, including drawings and specifications, may be obtained from Brewer Construction Company, Project Construction Manager, at 701 South Chouteau Ave, Chouteau, Oklahoma 74337. Contact them by phone at (918) 476-5811. A refundable deposit of $350.00 per set is required, refundable if bidding documents are returned in good condition within 7 days of the bid date.
Contract documents are also available for examination at the Miami Public Schools Superintendent’s Office in Miami, Oklahoma, as well as online at Isqft.com, McGraw-Hill Construction Dodge, and Southwest Construction News (Tulsa area).
Bid Requirements
- A cashier’s check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of 5% of the base bid and all alternates must accompany each sealed proposal.
- Deposits will be returned to unsuccessful bidders.
- Bids received more than 96 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) before the bid opening, or after the time set for opening, will not be considered and will be returned unopened.
- Each bidder may not withdraw their bid within 60 days after the opening of bids.
- All bidders must meet the qualification requirements established in the bid documents.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all bids.
